  1. It would be nice to be able to add these records for use with letsencrypt or other services like this. Instead of having to find a DNS provider it would be great if this record could be supported.

  2. I am find the new system vastly harder to use than the only one.

    It is hard to see any replies, when I do reply then obviously it is not seen by staff as no further action is taken. I have a ticket that has sat for 2 weeks with no staff response!

    You click on Open Manage which I assume is to do with opening and managing tickets and you are sent back to the main control panel.

    The emailed replies do not have any reply link and actually come from a non-liquidweb address with noreply as the user!

    We are working on improving the new HelpCenter to address these issues now. Stay tuned for updates to the system.

    The Open Manage redirect has now been corrected.

  3. Using Offline Google Authenticator or Duo for two factor is painful, it would be nice if we can attach Google account (we have Google Organization account with Multifactor auth).

    Or otherwise, please improve Multi factor authentication in association with either Duo or other provider where you can have push, SMS based notification.

    I am happy to say that we are nearing the release date of SSO featuring Google, allowing you to login to your manage.liquidweb.com account with your Google login.

  4. I've stayed with Liquidweb for many years due to the heroic support. It really was the best in the industry. Today, I put in my first serious request in months, and no answer for 3 hours and counting. I am renting a fully managed server for the support, help, and management. Delayed responses to support requests slow down an entire work day. Get back to doing what you do well Liquidweb, or I'll go to another company.

  5. Allow scheduled Storm backups. Currently the only option is daily and so in order to get more than a week of backups I need 500Gb. If I do not get more than a week of duration then the backups will be overwritten too quickly and I do not need 8 consecutive days of backup. Why not also offer a twice weekly option? Then I could drop to 250Gb and 4 backups would span 2 weeks. Then I would have more restore options further back in time is a problem is discovered.

  6. Hey support , The new GUI looks annoying , we are unable to select additional contact emails while creating support tickets . Since we have to receive notifications in email addresses that not as a primary contact email

  7. A email receipt arrives. I "Click" here to see invoice. Mobile version of site loads. However account shows no invoices. It simply shows that I have no balance due.

  8. Storm Block Storage volumes have no backup option available. Given that these start at 150Gb and can be as large as 15Tb, the suggestion to use out-of-network backup is unrealistic and really restricts the SBS volumes to storing non-critical data.

When I need to request a new block of IP addresses for our dedicated servers, I log into manage.liquidweb.com and click and read and click and read and click and click and click... it is always so difficult for me to find the IP Request area. I think it should be under Networking. As it is, you have to go under Overview, then click the plus sign next to your server, then click Network, and finally you are able to request IPs. Completely hidden option.

    If you can't "move" the feature, at least put some instructions under Networking that tells…

  12. In the manage.liquidweb.com interface the Help Center link needs a target="_blank" so that is spawns a new window instead of taking you OUT of the Manage back end. Thanks.

  13. It would be great to have a Canned Responses feature in Premium Business Email's webmail interface. I've already had a client moving from cPanel/Roundcube and found that this feature is missing. Seems that wouldn't be a huge deal to implement.

  14. Cloud sites control panel is branded, then it is not possible to provide to our customers access to manage their resources. It would be great to have a white label panel for our customers then we can give access to them.

  15. I recently moved a client to PBE. On cPanel hosting he had been using Rouncube as his primary mail client. Roundcube has an option to "Open" an attachment (to view) in addition to "Download". PBE webmail client only offers download, so he needs to download first, then open to view the attachment.

    So he moved to a "Premium" mail product & lost that important capability in webmail. Ouch.

    With the world using webmail more often I would think this is an important feature to include.

  16. I have been using Liquid Web for years, in under multiple accounts. I just got off the phone with Nick Yonkers bc of an issue with all my sites in one account. I'll spare all the technical details but he was HANDS DOWN the BEST agent I have spoken to at your company. He took the time to explain to me what the issues were, and how I can further optimize my sites. He is an asset to your company and was a pleasure to speak with!

  17. I would think this would be a pretty standard feature for webmail. It was available via Webmail in cPanel, but with PBE you can't have conversation groupings within webmail. Meaning responses are all over the place in the inbox instead of together.

  18. Hi, when setting up a new site, even after entering lots of info, if you click outside the box it exits and saves nothing...no alert confirmation or anything, just poof, info gone

    in this phase im typically clicking back and forth keeping records of a new site's passwords etc

  19. It's much easier to show a support technician a problem than to describe it.
    Adding a screen-sharing service would help Liquid Web solve more problems more quickly with a higher degree of success.

  20. Please make a full page access available on mobile. Very often I’m away from my pc - for eg I cannot add a new IP address right now :( If we could click ‘show desktop version’ or all desktop options were available in responsive/ mobile version it would make our lives much easier. And like others, unblocking IP from mobile would be very helpful too. Thank you :)
