  1. scale RAM, Disk Space, Processors independently

    Currently if we need to scale...we need to go through upgrading to bigger VPS or dedicated server. It would be great if we can modify how much RAM or Disk Space or Processors we want independently and get charges accordingly. This helps meet the demands on those some occasions without having to upgrade and downgrade with too much downtime...

    • search tickets by keyword

      we need to find an answer to an old ticket and need to search by keywords , domains etc. but we can not do it with your support system. most tech support systems have features to search old tickets with keywords to find the anwsers or see the history of the problem. we asked this about a year ago and we were told that it would be in the new system.

      can you please create a search box to search old tickets by key words ?

      • make it possible for us to look at our servers health via our smart phones,

        I am on the road a lot and although I know that I can access the server via the website, it would be really cool to have an app that we can use to via our servers on the go.

        • Add a control panel to MailSecure with customization Options

          MailSecure sounds awesome, but without some level of custom control on a user level it doesn't' seem ideal. Please add a control panel that can allow a domain owner to control domain level, and individual email users level controls. Ability to add/remove whitelist/blacklist, etc.

          • add real-time updates to a support request

            I'd love to see real-time updates when I'm on the hd.liquidweb.com page for a ticket, to not have to refresh every 5 minutes to see if there's an update, but rather have it update in real-time, like Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ do.

                The current classical "hold" music is jarring, intense and stressful. Pretty much exactly what you DON'T want when you are dealing with technical issues and antsy clients. Try something soothing like you'd hear at a spa or something. Please!!

                  99% of support engineers proved to be highly skilled and very helpful.
                  No offense but i would prefer to Thank them by sending them 5-10$ for each solving issue by PayPal to whatever account they nominate. It could be their personal account(preferred) or the account of the charity of their choice.

                    When my server goes down or becomes unavailable, I would like to be able to know about it wherever I am. I always have my phone with me, but I am not always at the computer or in a WiFi zone, or actively monitoring my web site.

                    If we could be sent an SMS message, we could take some money-saving steps such as pausing our AdWords campaigns.

                    I am sure it costs money to send SMS messages via the cell service providers around the world, and I would be willing to pay for that.

                      Just a feature request. In the tickets that come out of Support via email, could you just link it back to actual ticket in question? Ie: "Click here to view your ticket" and have it linked to say: https://manage.liquidweb.com/manage/support/view.html?zid=218553

                      It save us a ton of time, going to support, finding the ticket, then clicking on it. A direct link would be awesome.

                          Hello,
                          One month ago upgraded my server. Everything went fine BUT..
                          New upgraded mod_security rules + firewall totally screw up the upgrade enjoyment.
                          Row mod-security installation is just way overkill for dynamic sites.
                          As a result i am still having unhappy visitors who was blocked from the server just for publishing 4+ links on one of the vbulliten based board.
                          I would suggest that you LW guys re-tune your mod_security rules according to the real needs of your clients.

                            I have a really hard time reading some of the tiny fonts in the support area. 10px should be a minimum for small things, and these days 12-14px is the norm. But many parts of your support area is only 6-8px! That's insanely small. The site looks like it was built back when 800x600 was the standard monitor size. Please, make it larger. I shouldn't get eye strain from using LiquidWeb!

                                We just got a new product you offer called 'mailsecure' installed on our server. I was wondering if you could make an interface for mailsecure which enables us to whitelist certain email addresses in case mailsecure has some false positives.

                                  Hello,

                                  LiquidWeb seems so "strong" before you become a client and actually have access to Client Area.

                                  There in the Client Area LW seems a very basic company with a basic Joomla style. I really don't being there for too long.

                                  Post a ticket and then go back to read it. Look at the size of that font. Crazy stuff.

                                  I really think that part of LiquidWeb which is where they welcome us needs lots of improvement.. a modern look.

                                      Live chat/support has been awesome for the most part, but ever since the chat was changed from independent window to the onpage overlay, I've lost several chats by clicking a link in the account while discussing issues with a rep. When that happens, the chat is lost. It does not persist to other pages in the account. So you can't click anything while on the page with chat. And while I know this, I still end up clicking something and forgetting to open in new tab or what not. So sick of having to start over with a new rep…

                                      • Each response to a ticket be able to be rated rather than the ticket as a whole.

                                        Rather than just the final response on the ticket being able to be rated , each tech's response should be able to be rated.

                                        This will improve support services greatly.
