We currently have an initial version of a mobile site we just deployed to help with this which we plan to polish over time and move it into a fully featured Smartphone application.
we need to find an answer to an old ticket and need to search by keywords , domains etc. but we can not do it with your support system. most tech support systems have features to search old tickets with keywords to find the anwsers or see the history of the problem. we asked this about a year ago and we were told that it would be in the new system.
can you please create a search box to search old tickets by key words ?

I have a really hard time reading some of the tiny fonts in the support area. 10px should be a minimum for small things, and these days 12-14px is the norm. But many parts of your support area is only 6-8px! That's insanely small. The site looks like it was built back when 800x600 was the standard monitor size. Please, make it larger. I shouldn't get eye strain from using LiquidWeb!14 votes

Allow people to see existing tickets when logged in to your website using an iPhone. I can create a new ticket but not check one???1 vote
