Hi, After talking with LW support, as they state they get lots of complaints on this. I don't believe this is a available but it is very necessary that it is and as they sent me over here to write this.

For a very long time we all have been selling "Premium Business Email Hosting" and we sell it with all the features including the "Chat via Webmail" as it gives us a one up on the office 365 and others we compete against out there.

The issue is: As Liquidweb's default provisioning with DNS and this email product the Chat feature is NOT Available. That Automatic provision is CNAME: mail.emailsrvr.com It does however offer a pure white-label experience where in our clients eyes, they never leave there domain while viewing email.

Now we can add custom portals and CNAME them such as cloudsites.mymailsrvr.com & mywebmail.mymailsrvr.com and the chat feature is there, HOWEVER, this is not a pure CNAME or white-label experience. It Forwards the client to the url away from there personal domain.

Solution 1: Have Rackspace add Chat Feature to mail.emailsrvr.com

Solution 2: or have Rackspace help with creating a custom CNAME that is Pure where it works like mail.emailsrvr.com and it is 100% white-lablel and end user stays on there domain at all times while using webmail.

In my view this should be added to the default LW provisioning so we are not having to change Custom DNS for every client that we sell email to.
