  1. It is very frustrating that the charges on my monthly corporate AMEX statement don't always match the invoices in my account, due to the way "revised invoices" are posted. Ideally you would simply charge the card for what is showing on the invoices! Very frustrating to work through this multiple times per year with our Accounting department. Thanks.

  2. We would like to be able to continue creating SSL's even after our monthly quota is used up. We understand that we will be billed for those, but still would like to be able to create and install them ourselves without having to bug your staff to do it.

  3. Kindly allow me to suggest a feature request? To have a plugin to WHMCS where if the domain is suspended for non-payment, the block access for ALL emails in that domain is automatically enabled, then, when the domain is unsuspended, they go back on. Doing it manually is fine for now, but automating this would be terrific. Thanks so much!

  4. For either manage.liquidweb.com or my.liquidweb.com, need the ability to create users with the ability to manage DNS for specific groups of domains.

For instance 1 user can manage DNS for one group of domains, while another user would have access to only manage DNS for another group of domains.

  5. cPanel offers a DNS-Only version of cPanel which is free. I would like to see an option for customers to purchase a fully managed cPanel server using this version of cPanel. This will allow many customers to divest themselves of the licensing costs of using a fully licensed version of cPanel as a DNS/Name Server.

Fully Managing these is no more difficult than Fully Managing a regular cPanel server. Offering these as an option for customers gives more options for reducing the licensing costs that many customers are facing.

  7. I feel the dashboard needs a new or a more modern look. I also use Fastcomet.com and have used some other VPS's and find a more modern design makes it easier to navigate. It's also a great selling point. Liquid Web's dashboard looks old.

Actually, we are already in the process of completely overhauling the customer interface! It’s currently in alpha testing, so what I’ll do is get you invited to that so you can see what it looks like and it’ll give you a chance to see how the new look works for you and am opportunity to tell us what you’d like to see added!

You can access this alpha from your current manage interface now, but you should get a ticket with more information later today.

    Thanks!

  8. I run a dedicated server for my hosting clients. I would like to have my corporate site running WHMCS hosted on a different server so that clients can get in touch with me if there is a server issue.

  9. I would love an automated feature to push a staging site to the live site (production site). It's one click to copy a live site to staging inside Managed Wordpress, but it's a headache to then get the staging site back to live.

I know the WP Merge plugin is a better fit for many sites, especially those that use Woo Commerce or that are being actively updated. But still, it would be nice if something like the WP Merge process was baked into the Managed Wordpress interface.

  10. In Cloudsites, I sometimes have an end client that wants access to their own zone records. Usually it's an IT person who needs to add a record for a subdomain or routing through Barracuda spam filters, etc. Right now a client's access to the control panel is quite limited, and it doesn't give them access to their own zone records.

  11. Would it be possible to have the Server the ability to resume an interrupted upload? Vimeo uses tus to do so.

"The tus-php Server supports concatenation extension and is capable of concatenating multiple uploads into a single one enabling clients to perform parallel uploads and to upload non-contiguous chunks."

    and here https://uppy.io/docs/tus/

    and

    TusPHP for server side
We used php library, but actually you can use other server side implementations like node.js, Go or others
    tus-js-client for client side
TusPHP already has a php client, but I think we all would agree to use the javascript implementations for the client

I am aware I can use live chat or ticket but sometimes it’s better to speak on the phone.

  14. Change name format of log files from "accesslogMM-DD-YYYY.zip" to "accesslogYYYY-MM-DD.zip" This change would mean that sorting by file name would also sort the files by date.

  16. Having just suffered a ransomware attack with another ESP whose virtualization platform, like LiquidWeb's, is based on Windows HyperVisor, we're particularly sensitive to the real-world downsides of having Windows in our enterprise.

Should LW, while unlikely, suffer a similar fate of having the Windows host servers our Linux instances are hosted on get encrypted, having the images off site and on our own offsite backups, we'd be able to re-upload the images to LW and restore service again.

As it stands now, while unlikely, it is possible for the host server to be encrypted and for the onsite backups at…

  18. The #1 thing I do inside the Managed Wordpress dashboard on a regular basis is initiate a backup of each of my sites. I would love to see a "backup" shortcut link on the main "my sites" screen under each site profile/preview, so that i don't have to click into the site > click backups > click to initiate backup, each time for every site. small incremental time savers like this would really add up.

  20. Please give us time to pay our invoices. The issue date is the due date. After that, the invoice is considered past due and you shut down our website. Our invoice was paid within 5 days. We've never seen business practices such as this.
