  1. I run a dedicated server for my hosting clients. I would like to have my corporate site running WHMCS hosted on a different server so that clients can get in touch with me if there is a server issue.

  2. I would love an automated feature to push a staging site to the live site (production site). It's one click to copy a live site to staging inside Managed Wordpress, but it's a headache to then get the staging site back to live.

    I know the WP Merge plugin is a better fit for many sites, especially those that use Woo Commerce or that are being actively updated. But still, it would be nice if something like the WP Merge process was baked into the Managed Wordpress interface.

  3. In Cloudsites, I sometimes have an end client that wants access to their own zone records. Usually it's an IT person who needs to add a record for a subdomain or routing through Barracuda spam filters, etc. Right now a client's access to the control panel is quite limited, and it doesn't give them access to their own zone records.

  4. Would it be possible to have the Server the ability to resume an interrupted upload? Vimeo uses tus to do so.

  6. International calling is expensive so please add a freephone number to call liquidweb support internationally.

    I am aware I can use live chat or ticket but sometimes it’s better to speak on the phone.

  7. Change name format of log files from "accesslogMM-DD-YYYY.zip" to "accesslogYYYY-MM-DD.zip" This change would mean that sorting by file name would also sort the files by date.

  9. Please implement the system that will send chat transcript automatically to our registered email ID after chat closed. Also it will be very good if there an archive all chat history in our profile.

  10. The #1 thing I do inside the Managed Wordpress dashboard on a regular basis is initiate a backup of each of my sites. I would love to see a "backup" shortcut link on the main "my sites" screen under each site profile/preview, so that i don't have to click into the site > click backups > click to initiate backup, each time for every site. small incremental time savers like this would really add up.

  12. Please give us time to pay our invoices. The issue date is the due date. After that, the invoice is considered past due and you shut down our website. Our invoice was paid within 5 days. We've never seen business practices such as this.

  13. With my new server, the default installation came with MariaDB. Considering that cPanel supports migrating from MySQL->MariaDB within UI, but NOT the reverse, MariaDB should NEVER be installed by default.

    MariaDB is NOT a drop-in replacement for MySQL, e.g.:

    Furthermore, cPanel itself has backtracked on their MariaDB position and (reading between the lines) may stop supporting it at some point:

  16. This isn't an idea, it's a comment or a thought... I didn't appreciate the threatening note in my 1st of the month invoice telling me you'd suspend my account if not paid. I've been with you folks for MANY MANY years, I'm not late nor past due on anything... it was the first bill for the month. Your new unjustified threatening messages are a huge disappointment ... I have so many more words and comments but they'll be pointless if this is the direction in attitude that you're heading in. (sigh)

  17. We have a developer who is continually getting kicked out for whatever reason, because she has a dynamic IP here IP is constantly getting blocked, then we have to go in and manually unblock it. You guys have created a very good feature where you can go into account management and give a special user certain privileges, but unfortunately, not one of those privileges is called "Unblock IP", which is exactly what we need. Can you please implement that?

  18. please give way to disable all email boxes on a domain at one time at
    Manage Administrators > Manage > Block All Emails id

    at this time Block Access - is only control panel block - its not useful. bcoz client pay when i block emails not CP.
    at this time i have to block all emails & cp too. i have to do both blocking at different different place. its time taking operation. please give short cut under manage button.

  19. I have been in the software industry for over 30 years, and I have created websites on Azure, AWS, and h-sphere. This control panel is by far the most difficult to get rolling.

    If you could provide a link for the user for walking them through the systems they have subscribed to, it would make a huge difference.

    For bonus points, make sure they are aware of the meaning of the mysterious

    "lfd on host.yourdomainhere.com: Suspicious process running under user dovecot"

  20. I have been with LW since April and you guys are outstanding. I have rented servers or had CoLo's for 13 years. Your products are great, support is great and the migration was superb. Every time I moved a box or changed providers I would cringe at the thought. Days of crossing "t's" and dotting "i's" and always missing something. Just want to say thanks and please keep up the good work.
