  1. Automated support tickets can only be sent to a single primary email address. It would be useful if an alternative address could be added to the recipient list.

  2. I happened to log onto our Linux cPanel server and noticed an error reported by ABRT. I took a further look and there appeared to be a memory problem. Memory was replaced quickly and successfully by a system restoration technician. However, it would be very helpful if this problem could have been monitored. If I hadn't happened to notice it, it could have been quite impactful to our users. Can this monitoring be done automatically?

  3. When I log on and land on the new portal, I cannot find the link for my website's dashboard there. Please make a link to it bleeding obvious , like maybe a "Websites" or "Dashboards" icon across the top menu.
Also, if I want to find the backups page, and enter "backups" in the search box, why isn't the actual page where I can access backups the first choice rather than only support docs that also do not tell me where to find my dashboard. Why send customers through these twisty little passages?

  4. SBS volumes are based in SATA disks and are a great product, but they would be much more if they allowed to attach SSD disks for production systems (as azure or amazon does)

SSD-based cloud drives would allow users to have on-demand storage capacity not only for backups, but also for production systems, something very useful, for example, for Cloud VPS's using on cPanel.

  5. Migration Request has two flaws: 1) It was not clear that I had to order a new server before starting the process. I assumed that if I did not have an existing server to migrate to, that I would have the option to order one. 2) When selecting a source (after I had a new server ordered and configured) I selected the new server from the drop down, but kept getting a message that I had not selected a source. The button "Add a source" should be labeled, "Add selected source". Customers can't save you support time if what you…

  6. often i make a change to a site like a major update or plugin. I run a backup first. it would be nice to be able to make a note under the backup on that page to note why i made the backup, etc. so if i need to restore later, I will know which backup I should use to restore.

  7. Hello Team,

This is Gabriel Nikhil Bhasker, from Bangalore, India. I can help out with certain aspects of Cloud Infrastructure and Sales.

Below are specific information that are jotted down :

Here to propose specifications and design for the Parallel Cloud :

        1. Parallel Cloud targets customer acquisition in non Information Technology or non Cloud industries.

        2. Increasing the Market Place, catering different and niche sectors, where Cloud services can be imposed.

        3. It’s not a chance but broadening the horizon and creating the base.

Please go through the Presentation for more details :

    Thank You,

  8. ...is too long and wordy. I don't care what you're doing about Covid 19. And there are many bits you feel you need to say elsewhere in the system that you don't need to say. Believe it or not, when I call in, it's because I have a problem that I am anxious to fix as soon as possible. The LAST thing I need to to listen to your call robot drone on. If you care about your clients (and not just about your clients' money) then take a look at all the words, phrases, sentences, and menu items in…

  9. With the upcoming release of Drupal 9, scheduled for June 2020, please consider upgrading MariaDB from 10.1 to 10.2.7 or greater, or including this version as an option when creating a new database in Cloudsites.

  10. I would like to see website monitoring offered similar to https://uptime.com/pricing. They offer Real-Time User Monitoring so we would know if our page is loading slow.

Knowing the site is up and running is great, but if the pages are loading really slow because of load, connection issues, or something else, we would have no idea this is happening unless we manually see it.

I manually saw it today for a period of time, but have no idea why it happened, or how often it happened, because there is nothing monitoring my website for page load times.

  12. currently, i can add a "new client" and "login as client" where i have access to "Websites" "Databases" and "Usage" as part of this client's admin access.

extending the access to manage the DNS of all sites added under any particular "client" would be extremely useful.

  16. Hey all. Lately, I have been having some issues connecting to chat. I have resorted to either clearing cache or using another browser.

Just letting you know. Previously I never had this issue.

In other news System Admin Dayne Larsen has epically helped me on multiple occasions and goes above and beyond every time. Give that man a raise please. :)

  17. Users which have internet connectivity loss before gracefully logging off from the Cloud VPN end up getting locked out of the VPN service because their user remains logged in and only one login session can be active at any given time for a user. This results in the customer having to contact us, and we have to reach out to networking to disconnect the user manually.

Multiple customers have expressed adding the option for them to do this from their end via manage.liquidweb.com would be very useful.

  18. For over a year now, when viewing Usage by Site stats for an account, it no longer shows the individual site's sizes. It only shows the three columns of db, SQL and bandwidth and not the size. The only size information that is provided is at the account level.
This is a BIG problem when a client/account has more than one site. Especially when one of the sites has an issue.
It appears that even you guys aren't aware of this change or issue, as when we chat with tech support, they all seem ti think that you can still…

  19. Having the ability to debug PHP code is very important for developers who need hosting. You do not market to developers (or you do not know how to.) They need to know that they can use VS Code (for example) on their desktops and connect remotely to their webserver. A port is needed for this but you do not support. Developers will silently move on to a different hosting plan and you will never know that you are losing their business so here is a hint from the development community... Fix it and gain business from developers!

Opens a warning window with two options.
The option "Continue to manage" doesn't do anything.
