A comment and a thanks
Hey all. Lately, I have been having some issues connecting to chat. I have resorted to either clearing cache or using another browser.
Just letting you know. Previously I never had this issue.
In other news System Admin Dayne Larsen has epically helped me on multiple occasions and goes above and beyond every time. Give that man a raise please. :)

The ability (again) to see individual site sizes in the control panel under "Usage by Account" when an account has more than one site.
For over a year now, when viewing Usage by Site stats for an account, it no longer shows the individual site's sizes. It only shows the three columns of db, SQL and bandwidth and not the size. The only size information that is provided is at the account level.
This is a BIG problem when a client/account has more than one site. Especially when one of the sites has an issue.
It appears that even you guys aren't aware of this change or issue, as when we chat with tech support, they all seem ti think that you can still…1 vote -
Allow Debugging
Having the ability to debug PHP code is very important for developers who need hosting. You do not market to developers (or you do not know how to.) They need to know that they can use VS Code (for example) on their desktops and connect remotely to their webserver. A port is needed for this but you do not support. Developers will silently move on to a different hosting plan and you will never know that you are losing their business so here is a hint from the development community... Fix it and gain business from developers!

Bug in the new portal
In the new portal I click on "CloudSites portal".
Opens a warning window with two options.

login should be simple
First off, my login is never saved, so every time I want to log in, I need to start from scratch.
So, I click login, and it leads me to a new page, which is already ONE step.
Then, I have 2 options "manage my account", or "continue browsing". Continue browsing to what? Stop prepending cloudvpsserver to the hostname when accounts are created
It's really annoying when i create a new account with a serve and choose my hostname and then Liquid Web changes that hostname by prepending cloudvpsserver. I then have to create a ticket to get the hostname changed back to what I want it to be.

Nexcess is destroying Liquidweb's reputation
I have always been nothing short of amazed at the level of customer service I receive at Liquid Web. It's clearly something the company cares about deeply and puts an extreme amount of effort into. That's why I think it's important for you to know that Nexcess (A Liquid Web Brand) is not even close to executing to Liquid Web's customer service level. Improve warning text when removing SSL configuration from CloudSite
There are several locations where the implications of certain SSL related actions are not clear.
1. When updating an SSL cert there should be text indicating that it is not necessary to generate a new CSR.
2. When removing SSL Configuration the user should be warned that their IP Address could change. Rather than removing the old cert just use the old CSR to generate a new cert and paste it over the old cert.4 votes -
Enable fully-automated certificate renewal
When buying an SSL certificate the interface has a checkbox for auto-renewing your certificate. However, this does not work in practice with CloudSites. Instead there is still a manual process to update the cert. This should be fully automated.

Staging to Live should be equal to Live to Staging regarding URL updating
If the system can pull a Live site to Staging and update deep URLs to the staging domain with what seems like flawless accuracy. THEN, there should be an equal Staging to Live capability.
The current "migration to live" process via the plugin is a massive train wreck.

Support for Let's Encrypt in the load balancer configuration
We do all our certificates using Let's Encrypt now, which is important because we run a lot of sites and can generate them on demand when they are needed. But because of that, our load balancer cannot do anything more than basic round robin routing as it cannot decode the requests (our sites are full time SSL now).
So to support more powerful routing, we would like the load balancer to support importing certificates we generate using Let's Encrypt, perhaps some kind of API call we can call over to when the certificates are generated to install them on the…

Email or Text alerts when sites go down on MWP hosting
Email or Text alerts when sites go down on MWP hosting: I recently had a site go down for what was "supposed" to have been a PHP error caused by a plugin. The entire site instance was down and the tech had to "restart services" in order to bring the site back up.
