  1. It would be a great process improvement in the Manage interface to have the Plesk link for Plesk Storm Images automatically log users in as discussed here (https://talk.plesk.com/threads/api-feature-request-method-to-auto-login-a-user.298105/) and documented here (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213411289-How-to-create-Autologin-using-an-API-request-in-Plesk-)

  2. A email receipt arrives. I "Click" here to see invoice. Mobile version of site loads. However account shows no invoices. It simply shows that I have no balance due.

  3. Allow the ability to upload custom images to the Private Cloud, or to mount images as media so that installation of other OS's is possible.

  5. There is no way to check the progress of server Resizing.. My suggestion is, there should be a way to check the progress of Resizing.

  6. Storm Block Storage volumes have no backup option available. Given that these start at 150Gb and can be as large as 15Tb, the suggestion to use out-of-network backup is unrealistic and really restricts the SBS volumes to storing non-critical data.

  7. At present history tab on private parent server information shows a blank page. We want to see overall history of our private parent server. Currently there is no way to get that information. We can only see history details of individual child instances on private parent server.
    I request this feature because I have been thru series of hardware issues on private parent servers couple of times and there was no way to tell number of times private parent was down in past. This is a must have information for all private parent servers.

  8. Any other server adding a username is the name you login to Wordpress and can be used over and over again, not with LiquidWeb!

  9. It would be nice to be able to pay my account via mobile optimized site. As it is, I have to log into the desktop version. Not hard to do but it would be great if I didn't have to!

    Thank you for this valuable feedback. This feature will be added as part of an entire manage.liquidweb.com rewrite coming in 2019.

  10. Right now if you have a lot of VPSs in sequential names they are in alphabetical order. But that isn't great if you have domains like zone1, zone2, zone10, etc. Because then zone10 is before zone1. If they were natural sorted, zone1 would be before zone10.

  11. I realize you have the 30 minute "initial response", and often our tickets are picked up "just" under the 30 minute mark...

    Then they sit there for 30 minutes+++ , until sometimes I've prodded and found that person had left for the day and it's now passed onto someone else.

    Or, I've had to open a chat with live help to get a response.

    To be useful, a support rep should be picking up the ticket AND dealing with it right away - not putting us aside to handle others, then we get lost waiting. Support isn't as fast as…

    I was wondering if it is possible to add the very basic BBcode like the bold, underline, quote and code. This will give the users the ability to organize our support ticket better and more clear.

When I need to request a new block of IP addresses for our dedicated servers, I log into manage.liquidweb.com and click and read and click and read and click and click and click... it is always so difficult for me to find the IP Request area. I think it should be under Networking. As it is, you have to go under Overview, then click the plus sign next to your server, then click Network, and finally you are able to request IPs. Completely hidden option.

    If you can't "move" the feature, at least put some instructions under Networking that tells…

  15. I would find the server memory graph on the dashboard to be more useful if it could show the usage as reported by the "free" command under "-/+ buffers/cache". This is the memory actually in use by applications and doesn't include disk buffers.

  16. When my server goes down or becomes unavailable, I would like to be able to know about it wherever I am. I always have my phone with me, but I am not always at the computer or in a WiFi zone, or actively monitoring my web site.

    If we could be sent an SMS message, we could take some money-saving steps such as pausing our AdWords campaigns.

    I am sure it costs money to send SMS messages via the cell service providers around the world, and I would be willing to pay for that.

  18. For tax season it would be great to combine all invoices (with details) into a single PDF. Either with each individual invoice in it, or an overview listed of everything charged in a given year.

  19. Allow us to use a different credit card for each server. Currently, I have around 5 accounts with you between Storm and LiquidWeb, and managing them is a pain, having to login to each account separately.

  20. When setting up a new server, you provide a convenient table so I can compare costs with my budget/expectations.

    After setup, the only way to see the cost is at the invoice level. It would be nice if there was a simpler way to see the cost for the server I am looking at at the dashboard. Maybe hover over text on the Server Information table to reveal the cost per month?

    Also, when resizing up or down based on requirements, you only show the cost difference. Ex. -$20/month, or +$129/month.

    It would be nice if we could see what…
