  1. Storm backups seem to run at almost random times daily. Often we need to be able to have them run at the same time every night so we can plan around them. We would like like to be able to schedule storm backup run time instead of just having it run at some point within the 24 hour period.

  2. Please provide two factor authentication with a text message as an alternative to Authenticator app. and also please provide ability to recreate Authenticator app based authentication via text message. this is helpful when device is lost.

  3. On the dashboard it has the following options when expanding a server:
    "Log into your server" ... ... [Webhost Manager]
    When clicking on the Webhost Manager it provides a link to the IP address to access WHM. Accessing the server through the IP address always gives a security exception.

    My request is that you modify the link so that it sends you to "https://my.servername.com:2087/"

  5. Looks like you can only create a ticket with the account owner as the contact. It would be helpful if you could add a reply to an authenticated user so that webmasters can get responses back from support.

    Thank you for this feedback. The ability to add additional users to tickets is currently under development.

  6. Not so much a NEW idea as a problem with the current auto-provisioning after a Joomla one-click CMS install.
    The issue is that the auto-provisioning fails.
    The auto-provisioning works when no CMS is chosen. We don't know if it works with other CMS one-click installs as we don't normally work with them.
    Joomla does not require any additional/special provisioning requirements, so if the auto=provisioning script works without a CMS installation, it should also work with a Joomla CMS installation, but it does not.
    I believe the issue may be an issue that there is something wrong with the auto-provisioning script…

  7. When in the Help Center, it is not clear how to get back to the Manage Interface. I suggest removing the OPEN MANAGE button and relink the HOME button to go back to the Manage Interface.

  8. It would be nice to be able to add these records for use with letsencrypt or other services like this. Instead of having to find a DNS provider it would be great if this record could be supported.

  9. most of the companies use mail alias to handle tickets as a team. I want to recommend that please set your ticket system to response all emails in loops such as CC emails. Thank You!

    Thank you for this suggestion. We agree, this is currently missing from our system. The development team is currently working to implement this functionality.

  10. Add a freaking button to access business email from liquidweb login so I dont have to contact support every time i want to manage email addresses

  11. Using Offline Google Authenticator or Duo for two factor is painful, it would be nice if we can attach Google account (we have Google Organization account with Multifactor auth).

    Or otherwise, please improve Multi factor authentication in association with either Duo or other provider where you can have push, SMS based notification.

    I am happy to say that we are nearing the release date of SSO featuring Google, allowing you to login to your manage.liquidweb.com account with your Google login.

  13. Ever since moving from WiredTree to LW I have been late with payments and even suspended as I received no warning messages.
    The only option is to add a Credit Card, which I prefer not to (and many people might not even have it).

    With WiredTree, we could just add a PayPal subscription and forget about it, I cannot see why this is not added as an option, while regular PayPal payments are accepted?

  14. The most common request I get when on the road is to unblock an IP address. This should be on the mobile versions of the LiquidWeb Manage page. Currently, I have to flick back to the full site which is not mobile responsive and is cumbersome.

    An upcoming rewrite of manage.liquidweb.com is currently in the works, including making the site mobile responsive. I have added this request to that project. Thank you for pointing this out, your feedback is most appreciated.

  15. It would be nice to change the NAME & EMAIL address in the support chat window instead of having them REAODONLY!!! Multiple people use our company account to contact support and it would be nice to be addressed as who I AM and not the account owner.

    This feature is currently under development. Until it is rolled out, different manage.liquidweb.com users can be created for the same account, each with its own contact information which will show in the LiveChat window.

  18. I am find the new system vastly harder to use than the only one.

    It is hard to see any replies, when I do reply then obviously it is not seen by staff as no further action is taken. I have a ticket that has sat for 2 weeks with no staff response!

    You click on Open Manage which I assume is to do with opening and managing tickets and you are sent back to the main control panel.

    The emailed replies do not have any reply link and actually come from a non-liquidweb address with noreply as the user!

    The Open Manage redirect has now been corrected.

  19. Hey support , The new GUI looks annoying , we are unable to select additional contact emails while creating support tickets . Since we have to receive notifications in email addresses that not as a primary contact email

  20. VPS users who are not account owners but have access to the Manage.LiquidWeb.Com interface should also be able to unblock IP addresses as needed.

    Just experienced this issue and it was determined that as an interace user I didn't have this capability. This very useful tool should be available to all users that can access the manage server website.
