One feature I would like to see is:

  4. Webmail CNAME with ALL Features "Premium Business Email Hosting"

    Hi, After talking with LW support, as they state they get lots of complaints on this. I don't believe this is a available but it is very necessary that it is and as they sent me over here to write this.

    For a very long time we all have been selling "Premium Business Email Hosting" and we sell it with all the features including the "Chat via Webmail" as it gives us a one up on the office 365 and others we compete against out there.

  5. semi dedicated windows hosting

    hello i would like see a semi dedicated windows hosting package in the price range of $40 per month, you can limit sites number to 5 or 10 or 15. so that the server is not overloaded.

    currently i am hosting in different hosting companies because of the price range, I am confident about the LIQUID WEB performance and support.

    But a windows VPS for 150$ per month is very expensive for a starter website. If the new site is successful then we can easily move to a dedicated server than VPS.

  6. Make it easy to add auto-pay with an obvious popup. You have a popup that encourages auto-pay but it doesn't have a link to setup auto-pay.

  7. Priority Support Service

    Hi,

    Could we have some priority support services where things can be looked at on a high priority. Some business who mainly works with e-commerce model gets a high impact when services go down for even an hour. In my case it lasted more than 5 hours and the issue yet to moved to the team who are assigned to work on the tickets. It's a huge gap and I feel even business may be willing to subscribe for such services for a small fee (where you can limit 2 priorities in a month or so - just a suggestion).

  8. target="_blank" on Help Center link in Manage interface

    In the manage.liquidweb.com interface the Help Center link needs a target="_blank" so that is spawns a new window instead of taking you OUT of the Manage back end. Thanks.

    It would be great to have a Canned Responses feature in Premium Business Email's webmail interface. I've already had a client moving from cPanel/Roundcube and found that this feature is missing. Seems that wouldn't be a huge deal to implement.

  10. White label control panel for cloud sites

    Cloud sites control panel is branded, then it is not possible to provide to our customers access to manage their resources. It would be great to have a white label panel for our customers then we can give access to them.

  11. Allow attachments to be "viewed" in PBE webmail

    I recently moved a client to PBE. On cPanel hosting he had been using Rouncube as his primary mail client. Roundcube has an option to "Open" an attachment (to view) in addition to "Download". PBE webmail client only offers download, so he needs to download first, then open to view the attachment.

    So he moved to a "Premium" mail product & lost that important capability in webmail. Ouch.

    With the world using webmail more often I would think this is an important feature to include.

    Provide the Cloud sites pricing tier to choose by the Customers as per their need and requirements, so there is no need to switch to VPS hosting. Also consider downgrade and upgrade of tiers are available.

    I have been using Liquid Web for years, in under multiple accounts. I just got off the phone with Nick Yonkers bc of an issue with all my sites in one account. I'll spare all the technical details but he was HANDS DOWN the BEST agent I have spoken to at your company. He took the time to explain to me what the issues were, and how I can further optimize my sites. He is an asset to your company and was a pleasure to speak with!

  14. Nested Email Conversations for Premium Business Email Webmail

    I would think this would be a pretty standard feature for webmail. It was available via Webmail in cPanel, but with PBE you can't have conversation groupings within webmail. Meaning responses are all over the place in the inbox instead of together.

  15. Liquid Web should allow customers to share their screens with support techs so that problems can be solved more quickly and effectively

    It's much easier to show a support technician a problem than to describe it.
    Adding a screen-sharing service would help Liquid Web solve more problems more quickly with a higher degree of success.

    Please make a full page access available on mobile. Very often I’m away from my pc - for eg I cannot add a new IP address right now :( If we could click ‘show desktop version’ or all desktop options were available in responsive/ mobile version it would make our lives much easier. And like others, unblocking IP from mobile would be very helpful too. Thank you :)

    Thank you for this excellent suggestion. We agree that having a fully function mobile site is critical, especially as we continue to build and add more features to manage.liquidweb.com.

    I’m happy to say that we are deep in the planning stages of revamping the entire manage.liquidweb.com interface which will include expanding the mobile options to include all features.

    I will keep you updated with our progress in this area.

  18. warn before discarding info during site creation

    Hi, when setting up a new site, even after entering lots of info, if you click outside the box it exits and saves nothing...no alert confirmation or anything, just poof, info gone

    in this phase im typically clicking back and forth keeping records of a new site's passwords etc

    Domain aliases for email service is a very common feature and present even in free email services. I have been using domain aliases in former Cloud Sites email service and now I was told I cannot add an alias! I added an alias even early this year.

  20. SSL implementation on Webmail

    SSL is becoming more an more important, we offer our customers white labelled email address with their domain name such as webmail.domain.com

    Clients are asking for SSL to be enabled on their webmail

    Just found out that we cannot enforce SSL on white labelled webmail addresses hosted with Liquid web and only way is to give the clients a https://webmail.liquidweb.services URL

    This defeats the purpose of white labeling

    Can this be looked into and implemented soon please

    Thank you making this suggestion. I agree that enforcing SSL on the white-labeled email product is an important feature.
