  1. If I'm in my browser viewing a ticket already I don't like to have to switch to my email app, click the right link, and attach the images. Would much prefer having an attachment/choose/upload button that allowed for multiple file uploads through a dialog window. Similar to how most forum softwares work. The ability to remove attachments prior to finalizing the message would be useful as well.

  2. we need to find an answer to an old ticket and need to search by keywords , domains etc. but we can not do it with your support system. most tech support systems have features to search old tickets with keywords to find the anwsers or see the history of the problem. we asked this about a year ago and we were told that it would be in the new system.

    can you please create a search box to search old tickets by key words ?

  3. I am on the road a lot and although I know that I can access the server via the website, it would be really cool to have an app that we can use to via our servers on the go.

    https://manage.liquidweb.com has a mobile version that will allow you to see bandwidth usage, CPU load, services that are being currently monitored, and will show a history of the server.

    We decided to use a mobile site instead of a separate application so that all customers can access, no matter what kind of phone is in use.

  4. I have lots of domains (around 3000+) parked on liquidweb same account. now every time if i want to search a domain for updating ip or mx record i need to go through all domains and search for particular domain. please make this functionality. also on big screen around 1600+ resolution DNS Zone pager seems messy. please fix it.

    Searching for full and partial zone names has been implemented in the Manage interface.

  5. It would be great if we could have a module to create VPS's or Storm Servers on LiquidWeb from WHMCS, as there is for vps.net. For resellers of hosting would be a great help. For the final users would be magical!

  6. I have a really hard time reading some of the tiny fonts in the support area. 10px should be a minimum for small things, and these days 12-14px is the norm. But many parts of your support area is only 6-8px! That's insanely small. The site looks like it was built back when 800x600 was the standard monitor size. Please, make it larger. I shouldn't get eye strain from using LiquidWeb!

    We have completed the move to a new Support Interface that includes a larger font when reading Support requests in your manage.liquidweb.com account.

    You may see this in the new Help Center area.

    Thank you for the feedback here, this helped to inform our decisions when building the new platform.

  7. Allow different email id to submit ticket rather than account owner.
    In older PIMS i can allow to generate ticket with my email id so i (Developer) can handle stuff and not my boss.
    Please enable this functionality in this PIMS as well.

    This doesn’t address the idea of roles, that some people have touched on in comments.

  8. The current classical "hold" music is jarring, intense and stressful. Pretty much exactly what you DON'T want when you are dealing with technical issues and antsy clients. Try something soothing like you'd hear at a spa or something. Please!!

  9. The new support chat interface is terrible. I don't mind waiting - but there is no indicator of how long the wait will be.

    Also, once I get into the chat - after waiting for who knows how long, I keep getting disconnected and reconnected with a new agent. And haven't been able to ask my question.

    Improvements have been made to the chat system to address the concerns laid out here.

    I am happy to say that we have also lowered live chat wait times to a 39 second average over the past 3 months.

  11. Just a feature request. In the tickets that come out of Support via email, could you just link it back to actual ticket in question? Ie: "Click here to view your ticket" and have it linked to say: https://manage.liquidweb.com/manage/support/view.html?zid=218553

    It save us a ton of time, going to support, finding the ticket, then clicking on it. A direct link would be awesome.

  12. It seems very insecure to ask for the server or account password over the phone or via live chat to verify the account. Why isn't there an option to have an account security question/challenge?

  14. It is a flow bug...
    Try closing a ticket on the support tab, then you will find your self in the rate a ticket screen and out of the smart server management with no way to return and logout .

  15. When you purchased WiredTree, you also picked up the absolute best ticketing system I'd ever seen (WiredTree's). The LiquidWeb's is slow, confusing and .. a mess.

    There is a lot to be said about clean, fast no-JS effects garbage.

    Clean, linear ticketing, and the ability to refer to old tickets (like, wth?)

    Help Center has gone through some big changes in the past year to correct the issues outlined here.

  16. Allow Bandwidth and Server load graph to be enlarged as it was on the old PIMS when clicking on the small graph images.
    Currently only small graphs are shown and there is no way to enlarge them for more detail. There is no page where i could see all server bandwidth or load graphs on one page as it was on old PIMS.

  18. Improve color of account history. Error events in new management interface - Warning and Error too similar -> Error should be Orange so that it can be better discerned from a Warning.

Live chat/support has been awesome for the most part, but ever since the chat was changed from independent window to the onpage overlay, I've lost several chats by clicking a link in the account while discussing issues with a rep. When that happens, the chat is lost. It does not persist to other pages in the account. So you can't click anything while on the page with chat. And while I know this, I still end up clicking something and forgetting to open in new tab or what not. So sick of having to start over with a new rep…

    Thank you for the feedback. We have recently upgraded our Support and LiveChat system, and chats are now detached from the main page.
