Live chat/support has been awesome for the most part, but ever since the chat was changed from independent window to the onpage overlay, I've lost several chats by clicking a link in the account while discussing issues with a rep. When that happens, the chat is lost. It does not persist to other pages in the account. So you can't click anything while on the page with chat. And while I know this, I still end up clicking something and forgetting to open in new tab or what not. So sick of having to start over with a new rep when this happens.

PLEASE DETACH LIVECHAT! Put it back in it's own window again... or make it persist on all pages in the account.
