Attachments in Ticket System
If I'm in my browser viewing a ticket already I don't like to have to switch to my email app, click the right link, and attach the images. Would much prefer having an attachment/choose/upload button that allowed for multiple file uploads through a dialog window. Similar to how most forum softwares work. The ability to remove attachments prior to finalizing the message would be useful as well.

Not so fast... Patience please. Mobile site for support was created a long time ago and I still cannot submit 2 sentence reply to a ticket from my phone because it says it cannot validate text input (on text area in the form). Thus I switch to desktop version on my mobile every time to submit a ticket reply.
When support system is fully functional - attachments functionality should be implemented.

It's really great feature, I can't understand why it's not implemented... It's requested on Sept 2011, now we are May 2014.... ?!

I'm happy to FTP a screenshot to my web site and provide a link to Tech Support, but obviously being able to add attachments to a ticket would be much easier :)

I agree. Bring the attach when submitting ticket back

This used to work in the past by replying via email and attaching a file. Stopped working months ago. Times do arise when you need to send screenshots. A simple attach button in the ticket system would save time.

You can count a number of your site visitors right from apache log file using a calculator or piece of paper bu for some reason people use webalizer or something else. Why on earth i have to setup an account with external hosting sites when i have liquidweb as my hosting company and the attachment or screenshot needs to be sent to them right here and right now?
