Allow different email id to submit ticket rather than account owner.
In older PIMS i can allow to generate ticket with my email id so i (Developer) can handle stuff and not my boss.
Please enable this functionality in this PIMS as well.

Yes please! Need to allow multiple authorized users to access portal/support. Can't be enterprise ready without it. I hate giving my credentials out to allow others to manage LW resources in my absence.
