Establish an account security question instead of asking for server passwords.

It seems very insecure to ask for the server or account password over the phone or via live chat to verify the account. Why isn't there an option to have an account security question/challenge?

    Jake,

    Livechat passwords can be set from the Account section of manage, any other special authentication instructions (such as passphrases or special instructions) must be done via support due to the array of options we wanted to permit. You can actually set multiple passphrases for differing levels of access (such as billing, support, cancellation of servers, etc.) or different people and we wanted to leave it as flexible as possible.

    How do you set your passphrase? I don't see anything new in the manage.lw control panel..?
