Change the "hold" music!!
The current classical "hold" music is jarring, intense and stressful. Pretty much exactly what you DON'T want when you are dealing with technical issues and antsy clients. Try something soothing like you'd hear at a spa or something. Please!!

I was directed here because I was trying to figure out where I can get a copy of it to listen to. Plus there's more than just the same tune if your one for 10+ min (when a rep was looking something up with colleagues).
Love the music, maybe a good compromise between both standpoints would be to have a mute button.
