Email or Text alerts when sites go down on MWP hosting: I recently had a site go down for what was "supposed" to have been a PHP error caused by a plugin. The entire site instance was down and the tech had to "restart services" in order to bring the site back up. Limit the size of the ./home/wraith folder. Mine was 32GB.
I have a 50 site plan which provides 200GB of storage. I run the LW MWP Tools plugin in order to monitor my server RAM, CPU, Swap and Hard Disk usage. I was at 88% hard disk usage and requested the breakout of any folder with more than 1GB. That showed the ./home/wraith folder was 32GB. In case you don't know the wraith folder stores all the visual comparisons for plugin updates. There should be no need for this folder to grow to this size. Improve warning text when removing SSL configuration from CloudSite
There are several locations where the implications of certain SSL related actions are not clear.
1. When updating an SSL cert there should be text indicating that it is not necessary to generate a new CSR.
2. When removing SSL Configuration the user should be warned that their IP Address could change. Rather than removing the old cert just use the old CSR to generate a new cert and paste it over the old cert.4 votes -
Enable fully-automated certificate renewal
When buying an SSL certificate the interface has a checkbox for auto-renewing your certificate. However, this does not work in practice with CloudSites. Instead there is still a manual process to update the cert. This should be fully automated.

Staging to Live should be equal to Live to Staging regarding URL updating
If the system can pull a Live site to Staging and update deep URLs to the staging domain with what seems like flawless accuracy. THEN, there should be an equal Staging to Live capability.
The current "migration to live" process via the plugin is a massive train wreck.
What is the purpose of a Staging site if you cannot push it live with the same accuracy with which the Staging copy was made?? Why can't this go both ways? The lack of this capability is a major flaw that, for me, makes Managed Wordpress a worthless product for which my…

It is very frustrating that the charges on my monthly corporate AMEX statement don't always match the invoices in my account, due to the way "revised invoices" are posted. Ideally you would simply charge the card for what is showing on the invoices! Very frustrating to work through this multiple times per year with our Accounting department. Thanks.

Infinite SSL's
We would like to be able to continue creating SSL's even after our monthly quota is used up. We understand that we will be billed for those, but still would like to be able to create and install them ourselves without having to bug your staff to do it.

WHMCS suspension, suspends PBE Email, too.
Kindly allow me to suggest a feature request? To have a plugin to WHMCS where if the domain is suspended for non-payment, the block access for ALL emails in that domain is automatically enabled, then, when the domain is unsuspended, they go back on. Doing it manually is fine for now, but automating this would be terrific. Thanks so much!

Grant Users manage DNS
For either manage.liquidweb.com or my.liquidweb.com, need the ability to create users with the ability to manage DNS for specific groups of domains.
For instance 1 user can manage DNS for one group of domains, while another user would have access to only manage DNS for another group of domains.

Free off server hosting for reseller site
I run a dedicated server for my hosting clients. I would like to have my corporate site running WHMCS hosted on a different server so that clients can get in touch with me if there is a server issue.

Automatically push a staging site to the live site
I would love an automated feature to push a staging site to the live site (production site). It's one click to copy a live site to staging inside Managed Wordpress, but it's a headache to then get the staging site back to live.
I know the WP Merge plugin is a better fit for many sites, especially those that use Woo Commerce or that are being actively updated. But still, it would be nice if something like the WP Merge process was baked into the Managed Wordpress interface.

allow end client access to zone records
In Cloudsites, I sometimes have an end client that wants access to their own zone records. Usually it's an IT person who needs to add a record for a subdomain or routing through Barracuda spam filters, etc. Right now a client's access to the control panel is quite limited, and it doesn't give them access to their own zone records.

Would it be possible to have the Server the ability to resume an interrupted upload? Vimeo uses tus to do so.

Offer cPanel DNS-Only Fully Managed Server Images
cPanel offers a DNS-Only version of cPanel which is free. I would like to see an option for customers to purchase a fully managed cPanel server using this version of cPanel. This will allow many customers to divest themselves of the licensing costs of using a fully licensed version of cPanel as a DNS/Name Server.
Fully Managing these is no more difficult than Fully Managing a regular cPanel server. Offering these as an option for customers gives more options for reducing the licensing costs that many customers are facing.

log name
Change name format of log files from "accesslogMM-DD-YYYY.zip" to "accesslogYYYY-MM-DD.zip" This change would mean that sorting by file name would also sort the files by date.

Add a force logoff button for VPN users to the management portal
Users which have internet connectivity loss before gracefully logging off from the Cloud VPN end up getting locked out of the VPN service because their user remains logged in and only one login session can be active at any given time for a user. This results in the customer having to contact us, and we have to reach out to networking to disconnect the user manually.
Multiple customers have expressed adding the option for them to do this from their end via manage.liquidweb.com would be very useful.

Please implement the system that will send chat transcript automatically to our registered email ID after chat closed. Also it will be very good if there an archive all chat history in our profile.
