Require server selection on support ticket when client has more than one.
Reduce the time wasted requesting clarification and possibility of wrong server being accessed.
3 votesI am happy to say this morning we made a change to the ticketing system to allow customers to select the server that they are referencing when creating a support ticket.

Improve ticket navigation in help.liquidweb.com
"- I can't figure out why there would be a separate area for comments and for e-mails. E-mails are generally comments. "
"- I can't figure out where to look first for recent comments, or even who replies last."
"And finding my way around tickets..... one word, PAINFUL." -amsweb"frustrating that in order to reference what the rep had written, I had to open the ticket in a new window, nav to the ticket, click email, just to be able to read as I was replying" -Chris

This feature was made live on August 2nd!Hello. I apologize for the long delay on this request. Work is nearing completion to allow sorting in the domain registration tool by domain name, expiration date, and on auto-renew status.

Allow export & import of Storm firewall configurations
To simplify managing and bulk editing of Storm firewalls, it would be very helpful to be able to export existing configurations and to be able to import configs from a remote machine to allow editing in a text editor.

add multi-factor authentication to manage.liquidweb.com to protect assets
Given the ability to easily destroy an entire Storm VPS infrastructure within the management portal, there should be some sort of multi-factor authentication available to enable for users who want an extra level of protection on their accounts.
If someone gains access to the management portal, all parent servers, child instances, and even images can be destroyed very easily. The system prompts for the account password, but if someone has already compromised the account, then that is a pretty useless level of additional authentication and really is only helpful in preventing someone from accidentally clicking the Destroy button.
3 votesThis functionality has been added. You can read more about implementing Two-Factor-Auth here: https://www.liquidweb.com/kb/how-to-enable-two-factor-authentication-2fa/

Provide a viable, automated backup option for Windows Storm VPS
Windows Storm VPS in a Private Cloud have no automated backup option available through Liquid Web. The only options are to use a cloud-based third-party backup option or manually perform server images, neither of which is ideal.
3 votesCloud Backups are now available for Windows VPS servers.

Can you put a link to the Knowledge Base from within the support system?
I'm trying to look something up that you've probably already answered, and it would be helpful to have a link from the Manage interface.
Cheers,
Anca
3 votesThere is now an “Ask the Hero” section in the top right area of the Support page which functions as a search against the Knowledge Base.

Ability to change nameservers in domains tab
This should be a basic option for any domain registry service, especially with a firm as matured as Liquid Web. Give us the ability to set name servers for our domains we register with you all via eNom. Your competitors such as 1and1.com, godaddy.com, hostgator.com and namecheap.com have this as a standard feature. Every registry we've ever worked with before provides this. We have about 50+ domains we are preparing to migrate from an old registry and aren't going to do it with Liquid Web if we can't have the simple ability to set or change name servers when we…
3 votesHello,
It is currently possible to set the nameservers for domains registered through LiquidWeb at Enom.
Go to domains > DNS > and expand the record for the domain that you would like to update.
We are also working on a rewrite of the manage.liquidweb.com portal currently that will move the location of the DNS updates to an easier to access location. Stay tuned for more updates on that rewrite.
Please let me know if there is anything else that I might assist with in the meantime.

Remove the redundant word "Subject:" from the headers in the VIEW SUPPORT TICKET layout.
Simple as it sounds. Maximize the content. Remove the redundant word "Subject:" from the headers in the VIEW SUPPORT TICKET layout.
The fact that it is bold in a colored bar indicates that the text found there is the subject.

Move "Close Ticket" button away from "log out" link.
When working with support tickets, it's too easy to go to the upper-right hand corner intending to to log out or close the browser window, but hit the "Close Ticket" button by mistake. Could the Close Ticket button and "Request Title (#00011122)" [dynamic text] switch places?

Bug: In the Dashboard for Bandwidth
There is a problem with the JS calculation, the % bar returns a NaN error (not a number) on some of the accounts we manage.

"You Support Requests" doesn't work
The only issue I see so far with the new Support system is that it is very hard to get to an open ticket. When I log into the main Dashboard and click on "Your Support Requests" it takes me to a new window which is here https://help.liquidweb.com/s/open-tickets
No tickets show on that window. I get Articles, Tickets, Open Manage and Log Out. Clicking on Articles or Tickets does nothing and shows javascript:void(0);
If I click on Open Manage I can sent back to the main LiquidWeb Dashboard to start the process all over again https://manage.liquidweb.com/
The way I found…

Since liquid web now owns ithemes...
it would be nice if BackupBuddy would be more stable on your servers. Do you plan on making improvements? I wasn't going to renew BackupBuddy but did after hearing of the purchase. Stash usually doesn't work and I have sites that refuse to backup, even manually. I use other backup programs that are free and work more consistently.
2 votesHello,
After a bit of digging, we haven’t been able to determine any server-side issues that would cause the instability that you are experiencing here. I have talked to the iThemes support team and they would like to help on their end.
Please open a ticket with them at support@ithemes.com so they can take a look.

Make it easier to give feedback on a ticket.
We get emails that ask us "How would you rate the support you received?" after a ticket has been completed. I am reluctant to provide any feedback most of the time because you do not make it easy. Currently, if I click one of the two options ("Good, I'm satisfied" or "Bad, I'm unsatisfied"), it pops up a page in a browser for me to add additional information. That is disruptive to my work. I would be much more inclined to provide feedback if I can just click one of those two links and continue to my next task. If…

Put closed tickets out of view like they used to be.
This would allow for much less confusion and better organization so I see only the tickets I am active in.
1 voteOur new help.liquidweb.com center allows you to see all tickets or only open tickets. Thank you for providing this feedback

How about supporting the first amendment of free speech and not deplatforming (censoring) people using your services?
A nation where people follow the Constitution and adhere to the guaranteed right that All are permitted to express their views without being censored. That means, yes, even people you don't agree with.

It would be helpful if you had a "Pay Your Bill" button!! All I can find are "invoices" inside of LiquidWeb.com
Ability to pay your bill from within LiquidWeb.com is not very obvious. In fact, I can't even find it. I can bring up an invoice but no "Pay Your Bill" option. I would think that would be one of the highest priority links your company would want visible.
1 voteThere is a green “Make a Payment” button in the account section of the Manage interface. You can reach this page by clicking on the Account link on the left hand navigation pane in the Manage interface.
