Ability to change nameservers in domains tab
This should be a basic option for any domain registry service, especially with a firm as matured as Liquid Web. Give us the ability to set name servers for our domains we register with you all via eNom. Your competitors such as 1and1.com, godaddy.com, hostgator.com and namecheap.com have this as a standard feature. Every registry we've ever worked with before provides this. We have about 50+ domains we are preparing to migrate from an old registry and aren't going to do it with Liquid Web if we can't have the simple ability to set or change name servers when we need to for a domain. Having to open a support ticket for something like that should not be necessary.
Hello,
It is currently possible to set the nameservers for domains registered through LiquidWeb at Enom.
Go to domains > DNS > and expand the record for the domain that you would like to update.
We are also working on a rewrite of the manage.liquidweb.com portal currently that will move the location of the DNS updates to an easier to access location. Stay tuned for more updates on that rewrite.
Please let me know if there is anything else that I might assist with in the meantime.
