Can you put a link to the Knowledge Base from within the support system?
I'm trying to look something up that you've probably already answered, and it would be helpful to have a link from the Manage interface.

There is now an “Ask the Hero” section in the top right area of the Support page which functions as a search against the Knowledge Base.
