"You Support Requests" doesn't work
The only issue I see so far with the new Support system is that it is very hard to get to an open ticket. When I log into the main Dashboard and click on "Your Support Requests" it takes me to a new window which is here https://help.liquidweb.com/s/open-tickets
No tickets show on that window. I get Articles, Tickets, Open Manage and Log Out. Clicking on Articles or Tickets does nothing and shows javascript:void(0);
If I click on Open Manage I can sent back to the main LiquidWeb Dashboard to start the process all over again https://manage.liquidweb.com/
The way I found to get to any open/closed tickets is to click on "Help Center" from the main Dashboard and then it goes here https://help.liquidweb.com/s/ and then I can select an open ticket.
When I try to respond to a ticket by email it gives me this bounce back error but it used to work fine.

You're sending this from a different address or alias using the 'Send mail as' feature. The settings for your 'Send mail as' account are misconfigured or out of date. Check those settings and try resending.
I do agree that the old ticketing system was better.
This bug has been corrected. Thank you for pointing it out so that we could take action.
