Improve ticket navigation in help.liquidweb.com
"- I can't figure out why there would be a separate area for comments and for e-mails. E-mails are generally comments. "

I am happy to say that improvements to help.liquidweb.com has corrected much of the confusion around comments and emails in the ticket view.
