    We are working on improving the new HelpCenter to address these issues now. Stay tuned for updates to the system.

    The Open Manage redirect has now been corrected.

    I am disappointed to see the negative comments about customer support. Man, I have ALWAYS had a great experience with customer support and tech support.

    In regards to the new support system, I am also not a fan. One nuance that seems to be overlooked is that in the new support interface, you cannot delete a DNS domain entry - ?? Why is that? See the screen grab please.
