Thank you so much for your feedback regarding sftp users within Managed WordPress. While we currently have sftp/ssh users and permissions set up with security in mind, I understand that may not be allowing you to accomplish what you need, and we are actively reviewing ways to improve upon ways that you and others access your sites.
An error occurred while saving the comment Debbie commentedThis is a huge issue - I just moved 30 client sites here from another host, and not being able to provide FTP credentials to other developers is a major problem for me. I'll have to reconsider this. Having to share your single SFTP is definitely *NOT* secure.

Completely agree with this. My clients are used to having the ability to login to their hosting to do restores, etc. and not having this is a big downgrade from WP Engine and Flywheel where I've hosted in the past. I've just moved here, am moving over 60 client sites, and some of them will definitely want backend access.
