Update your KB regarding wordpress
I searched your KB for "install wordpress" and only found an article about using Fantastico to install Wordpress. Fantastico does not appear to be in the cpanel any more. Are you updating and pruning the KB articles?

Thank you for this feedback. We have greatly expanded our KB offerings and now have many articles about wordpress, from installing on a fully managed server with Softaculous to managing our new Managed Wordpress offering.
