My ticket history in the old ticketing system. I NEED THIS ASAP
You guys upgraded your ticketing system and now I do not h ave access to any of my tickets in help desk.
This feature has been implemented.

I can see the tickets under my main account, but not my secondary account my help desk technician uses to access the portal.

Hello,
Logging into your account, I can see the previous support tickets going back to 2016.
To do so, click on Help Center from within your manage.liquidweb.com support portal.Then, select ALL TICKETS from the dropdown Ticket Menu. You'll see that you can select how many tickets are displayed per page.
