" was in a chat just now and had to refresh the ticket page I was looking at, since I made new comments as tech requested and they were not showing up (another negative thing about the new site). Unlike the old, awesome chat, this one kicked me off when I refreshed the page and I had to rejoin the line for chat all over again. " -Karina
