upgrade so we don't have to wait 15 minutes to get someone
Thank you for this feedback. We have been working hard to improve the live chat system and staffing levels, and I am happy to say that we have dropped wait times substantially since this comment was first posted.
For the past 3 months we have achieved an average live chat wait time of only 39 seconds.
Please keep the feedback coming, it is invaluable to us.

Hello,
We are looking at improving our communication methods always, and appreciate the feedback. As we have been experiencing a higher-than-usual number of question requests, this has caused it to take longer to get to all of the active requests. I can assure you were are both increasing the staff that handle support requests -- including live chat -- and evaluating options to improve our response times.
Should you be unable to wait for a chat, I do encourage you to reach out to us in a ticket, which you can open via email or through manage, or by giving us a call.
