resize chat window and location
It would be great to have the support chat window be resizable and moveable. Sometimes it's in the way if we need to chat and mess with the control panel at the same tame. Ditto tearing off the window and making it float or as a separate browser window.
At the very least, even moving it to the left side of the browser would suffice in most cases.
