Allow LW Manage Alerts to be Dismiss-able

LW Manage: Be able to dismiss alerts that appear at the top of LW Manage pages that follow you around to each page distractingly. Often there is no "X" or "Dismiss" link, although sometimes there is.

All Manage alert banners can now be dismissed by clicking on the highlighted X.

    Hi, Andrew. Thanks for the quick response. I use both FF47 and IE11, on Win7.

    I'll open a ticket within LWM. I have a screenshot I'd like to share, but no way to upload here.

    There should always be a way to dismiss the notifications. Can you tell me what browser you are using to view these notifications?
