Add a control panel to MailSecure with customization Options
MailSecure sounds awesome, but without some level of custom control on a user level it doesn't' seem ideal. Please add a control panel that can allow a domain owner to control domain level, and individual email users level controls. Ability to add/remove whitelist/blacklist, etc.
While we will not be able to add a control panel to MailSecure itself, I am happy to say that we have just launched a new product that features Spam Protection with a built-in control panel to manage what makes it through.

Please add a customer facing panel for MailSecure so domain owners can easily manage their settings. Below is an example of a cpanel implementation.

I have used Spam experts at my last hosting service and there was a login for each domain with extreme granular control and the ability to see the quarantined messages and release emails incorrectly placed there.

Even better would be an email address we could forward legitimate email to in order to UNSPAM it. I would also like the ability to forward a SPAM email to an email address and have it MARKED AS SPAM!

This is a must have!
It would also be nice if we could forward the emails, incorrectly flagged as spam, from the mail client directly to a special MailSecure mailbox folder (let's call it "unspam").
MailSecure could use then these emails to update its algorithm and whitelist the sender email address ;) -

Please add a customer panel for mailsecure. Love the new security, but for this to be effective I need to be able to whitelist / block / etc in a custom way.

Hello! Thank you for the feedback. This is an often-requested feature and something we are looking into.

Glad to hear you have this barracuda feature at a reasonable price. However, we need to have a customer facing control panel to cut down on the number of tickets we send you and the delay in getting them all handled.
I'm sure you don't want to be doing all that work for all our individual domains.

This is really a must for me. Would be very helpful and give some flexibility in terms of adjusting filter levels to see what works best for each domain. It would also be nice to control blacklists/whitelists.

I would like to see a control panel for mailSecure.

I'd also like to request some type of control panel for managing MailSecure domains. At the very least it would be helpful to be able to see which domains are currently setup with MailSecure.

I'm adding my vote for an Interface.

I agree completely. Without any ability to control what gets through and what doesn't I am not sure what this is really going to do.

Thank you for your feedback! A customer UI to allow whitelisting/blacklisting and other individual per-domain controls has definitely been the frontrunner in the initial feedback for this product. It is being considered for future enhancements.

You are the first to give this specific feedback and I see already several up-votes. I will take this into consideration for the future enhancements along with the other options needed through a UI. Thank you for the feedback!

We just got a new product you offer called 'mailsecure' installed on our server. I was wondering if you could make an interface for mailsecure which enables us to whitelist certain email addresses in case mailsecure has some false positives.

Without that we have not way to know if it is rejecting legitimate messages.
