Make support great again...
Put the #2 option back on the phone support. Stop using offshore support when you have competent people in the US who will help those of us in the US faster and better. Put the old portal design back, the new one is not intuitive or user friendly. You can't even find the feedback button in the new one, had to go to manage to find it. Seriously, are you trying to lose all your existing customers like me who have faithfully recommended people to LW for years? Why does it all just suck now?
