I was asked to come here, but this is a complaint, I asked for a name or customer services contact that I could speak to after 3 days of frustration.

Being sent to a forum just adds to the frustration.

I have been a vps server customer for several years, paying $100+ a month, for a Wordpress site, I've been forced to upgrade the package several times, through lack of disk space or this reason or that, all of which has felt a bit odd as my site is Wordpress, simple with all media stored on Amazon S3, so why is such a complex solution required?

This week I then discovered your Wordpress solution, it seems my site qualifies for the minimum package at $29 a month

I'm then charged a further $15, not sure why, I just receive a notification of a charge having been taken, no explanation.

I've then been chasing this for 3 days.

I was told 3 times by support that all I had to do was ' start the self migration tool' but it wasn't available, it hadn't been setup

but liquid web insisted that all I had to do was access it.

Eventually after I chased 3 more times, it appeared.

Then I started the process, following the instructions to the letter

But I kept getting this error

Error! The URL specified is incorrect. Please check if your account is configured with http://site.eb6qjfk6-liquidwebsites.com

Eventually contacted support, it is pointed out to me that I need https:// at the front.

Of course I do. So why didn't I paste that in initially?

so another 45 minutes wasted... and on it goes...

So it would appear that I have been overcharged for months, and received rubbish service for days...

lets hope things improve
