Nexcess is destroying Liquidweb's reputation
I have always been nothing short of amazed at the level of customer service I receive at Liquid Web. It's clearly something the company cares about deeply and puts an extreme amount of effort into. That's why I think it's important for you to know that Nexcess (A Liquid Web Brand) is not even close to executing to Liquid Web's customer service level. I had a very basic trouble ticket request languish for 2 days without a response, and when I asked about it via chat I was told "The agent hasn't come in yet today". That's typically of a typical crappy internet company. I would think it would be completely unacceptable to any of the excellent people I've worked with over the years at Liquid Web. You guys need to take your name off that brand until they've earned the right to it. As it is, they're destroying years of hard work you all have put into building what we expect in anything associated with your otherwise outstanding company.
