I have been in the software industry for over 30 years, and I have created websites on Azure, AWS, and h-sphere. This control panel is by far the most difficult to get rolling.

If you could provide a link for the user for walking them through the systems they have subscribed to, it would make a huge difference.

For bonus points, make sure they are aware of the meaning of the mysterious

"lfd on host.yourdomainhere.com: Suspicious process running under user dovecot"

... that starts pouring into their mailbox. Apparently (based on a quick google) this is something that happens in some sort of range of normal, but I am not sure how to manage it, or if it is indeed a threat - some webmasters are just ignoring it. I just barely got the management running - have not launched a website yet and I already have strange warnings coming in.

I will get with support, but I'm just doing very normal stuff - static site, wordpress, email - it should be well-documented.
