I wasn't sure where to post some feedback on a person...Just got off the phone with Erika in Billing. She was SO nice and positive. I've been wanting to get to your Sales and the phone kept ringing and ringing and for some reason it rolled over to your Billing Department.

The first time it happened she was very apologetic and said that Sales was tied up at the moment and they would call me back within 30 minutes. I wasn't too patient so I called back again later and even though I was certain I pressed the button for Sales it again rolled over to Billing and there was Erika again. She was again very apologetic and even suggested that I try the online chat for a faster response.

Quite honestly, I think your Sales should be manned more fully. I mean, c'mon we're wanting to GIVE you money and you don't have someone available to take it?

In most cases I would probably just go somewhere else however because of Erika's positive attitude I'll give you guys one more chance...I hope you give her some kudos in her next paycheck. :)
