add real-time updates to a support request
I'd love to see real-time updates when I'm on the hd.liquidweb.com page for a ticket, to not have to refresh every 5 minutes to see if there's an update, but rather have it update in real-time, like Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ do.
We are aware of the delay in response times and have been working to lessen those. We appreciate your patience while we work on this and in the meantime, I have notified a supervisor about your ticket to make sure it does get the attention it needs. Thank you!
